Internationally recognized artist/educator and Shippensburg native Steven Dolbin will be exhibiting sculptural work at the Chambersburg Area Council for the Arts. The Gallery is officially reopening with Stevens work on July 3rd at 5.00pm with a special reception on the 17th where Steve will discuss his works.
