This playful collaborative show with local artist Mary Seay and Creative facilitator Zach Hendricks, was the Council for the Arts first foray into an internship style opportunity with younger up and coming members of the creative community in Chambersburg. “Color” was a designed to explore how artists use primary colors in their work to create emotion.
