Students, amateurs and professionals are invited to enter a carved or stacked cake that represents the IceFest 2011 theme: Pennsylvania and the Great Outdoors. The cakes will be on display at The Woods Center at the Capitol Theatre Center where you can vote (through monetary donations to the Council for the Arts) for the cake they think best represents the IceFest Theme. Winners announced Sunday. Information and entry forms can be obtained at the Council for the Arts, 159 South Main Street, Chambersburg, or right here.
